In order to provide to all type and size of
organization the required intranet-based infrastructure to host and manage all
ISO related documents and activities, the EZ-ISO toolkit has been developed.
Assembling key components of the EZ-Process e-Product Suite, its purpose is to
provide organization with the required framework to perform ISO-900x, ISO14000
, QS9000 and EN-x certifications & audits, and comply with their requirements.
As ISO projects tend to create numerous manuals & documents of different
formats, EZ-ISO will provide full "cockpit" management facilitating intranet
and extranet-based publishing of manuals, comprehensive revision control of
those, full integration between process flows and their related documentation,
and finally, user-based and role-based search engine for content of all type.
In accordance with guidelines introduced with ISO900x:2000, the organizational
targets and actual performance will be combined with the procedures and
documentation, in order to provide a combined overview of the as-is and to-be
situation. Office tools will be used to facilitate analysis and reporting to
individuals in the organization.
